Hormuud, dahabshiil and the rest of the industry has been in cahoots with khawariij and other criminal elements.
You cannot secure the country unless these entities come under the government and are regulated with a special division that has access to all accounts with ability to freeze them and track criminals.
Without this, you can never secure your country or go after criminals, bold move by Nisa, they need to show who is boss.
The same should be done for the others, complete transparency so no criminal or khawariij can hide, it would be a walk in the park to bust all criminal networks.
The only disadvantage her is if a corrupt government comes to power and this is used to target political or business opponents, robust institution prevents this.
It also helps keeping those with no skin in the game out of leadership positions especially Presidency, they are more of a threat than an incompetent leader who at least has skin in the game and his family lives in the city.

This shouldn’t be a problem if they have checks and balances
If the government wants to target someone’s bank account, they should get the approval of a judge first. If the judge approves, then they go ahead with the plan
To make sure this doesn’t get abused, they should document every step of the process, and make sure they get person to sign off on each step
If the targeted person is actually goes to trial, all the evidence that was used to get their account blocked should be made public once the trial is over

The two companies NationLink and Dalkom that are replacing Hormuud are not new. Dalkom owns the fibre optic cable that runs along our coast. They are the sole distributors of Internet in southern Somalia while nation link was established back in 1997. Geuss what? Both companies are Murusade owned. May Allah punish me if I make this up! The war is Hormuud Murusade on one side vs Dalkom & Nationlink Murusade with the backing of Mahad on the other side.
