It's Official - Puntland Is An Independent Country

PL is an independent country untill such time Somalia returns to the 2012 constitution and federalism.
This reminds me of how Bosaso in 97 was going to hold the Somali national conference to rebuild Somalia and Somalis all went to Cairo and did the sal balaar aideed and Ali Mahdi govt, which then we responded by creating PL govt. This stunt by HSM reminds me of those balkanization times as this will give PL the legal justification(constitution violation by the executive) to be a sovereign nation.

What has this beniffited Somaliland. Why take the path of Somaliland when it is very clear they have failed trying to get independence for 32 years.
We have legal justification as the constitution was violated by the executive and the kangaroo parliament is a sub agency of the executive not independent. Somalia Is a banana republic, plus their no supreme court. What do you expect us to do? SL is illegal and trying to violate international law. PL isn't violating international law and will accept an autonomous status internationally untill the villa Somalia executive stops violating constitution.
Now the whole thing that Halane cooked has been checkmate in Garowe. B\itch UK ambassador is heading to Garowe tomorrow. President Deni and the Puntland parliament should stay firm and hold their line.
What has PL benefited from remaining the past 32yrs? We have lost big-time in resources and time. SL has gained more even without recognition. Plus, their funds go straight to them and not through a cuqdaad filled guy in a Xamar bunker.

Don't Somaliland have the same legal justification as we do now since they're also apart of the consitution thus a violation of the constitution gives them grounds as well?

We need to respect international law that somalia border is legal in the UN and AU or else every country border could be violated. We ask for Hong Kong autonomous status internationally for 99 years as we wait for Somalia to return to federation principle and 2012 constitutional legality.
This is also better arrangement so the SFG and PL clashes can be minimized and the SFG can focus on the south. This can also help the world by not throwing its eggs behind one somalia govt and the subsequent time waste but watching which model works by diversifying its policy by giving PL a Hong Kong status and letting the SFG do what it want and in 99 years we see who has become a first world nation and who is 4th world(failed clans within a failed state)
