Yes the doctor told me to fast whole day before the blood test

It’s probably genetic as type 2 diabetes risk is raised if people in your family also have it so you have to be extremely careful about your diet and your physical shape.

also a lot of Somalis have type 2 diabetes I’ve seen people in baadiyo have there limbs amputated as they didn’t know they had type 2 diabetes until it was too late
