The Federal government has to repay Somalia's debt to receive debt relief while the Federal States contribute little to no taxable income. The Federal government has to secure the whole of Somalia while the Federal States don't allow troops of the SNA to be stationed anywhere in their State.

You can keep arguing on who is right or wrong but it is in the best interest of the nation to hold free and fair elections. The corrupt ex-presidents who are now campaigning in Xamar by starting a civil war have no interest in fair elections.

Education scholarship was part of agreement between FGS with PL. So each time someone cames to villa somalia change it. Is that our problem?

Regarding International Funding Yes Xarmaajo stop it. Garowe project was stopped by him after Finance minster announce in front of press conference.

How Federal government repay Somalia Debt without meeting with Federal states?. Debt relief committee make it clear that both sides should agree on frame to work on it. So dont say its Federal government solo work.

Federal states contribute is little its normal react when we see none from Xamar. Where is PL income from International community?, Where is the PL income for airspace?. You guys want take all the international aid money for yourself without share anything, then you asking us with little we make to gave it to you?

Somalia frizzing money is about 100 million Dollar when Kacaan collapse in 1991 . Xamar since 2009 still today take from it 9 million Dollar. Did they share the money with Puntland or Somaliland?

Regarding National army, in 2017 London all federal states agreed to participate and sent soldiers. Even PL make huge ceremony in 54 Camp for the first patch to be part of SNA. Why didnt worked ?. You should ask Xarmaajo.

Last point we both agreed on, We want free and fair election. But Xarmaajo each time refuse to listen until his boss sit with him, then he accept to do it. Last time International community sit with him, after couple of hours he accept!.
