Al shabab is going to bomb the city when they visit and they only thing we can export is terrrorism to them
You're overreacting, yes Somalis will leave but they'll come back and bring whatever trades they picked up in other countries along with them.
We?Al shabab is going to bomb the city when they visit and they only thing we can export is terrrorism to them
What about Somali citizens who want to seek treatment and education, you want to deny them the opportunity while you enjoy those privileges in the West. You will have to wait at least three decades to witness that.
The Somalis that fled in the 1990s are still overseas, let alone those that will leave when we join the EAC.

Keyna and Nigeria has terrorist too, recently ethiopian terrorist killed in puntland.Al shabab is going to bomb the city when they visit and they only thing we can export is terrrorism to them
Sent from: AustraliaDude if we join the EAC, Somalis will use that to open businesses in Kenya and Tanzania.
Any Somali uni graduate will leave the country to try work in Nairobi or Dar Es Salaam or Kigali or Kampala.
It’s basically a “leave Somalia for free” ticket.

Imagine being against oversaturated Uni grads in Somalia finding work in other African countries, there are no jobs in the country mate
hawiye elites in mogadishu looking for new lows. after bringing amisom hordes they want to bring their civilian hordes.EAC isn’t a good idea, way more negatives than positives.
What Somalia needs is faster GDP growth and integration with it's neighbours, removing all trade barriers between Somalia and the EAC is a good first step.Ad hominem aside, let’s analyse your job creation point.
Do you seriously think the EAC will help job creation?
Countless Somali farmers and businessmen will go out of business trying to compete with Kenyan/Tanzanian/Ugandan companies and farms with more finances.
Maybe the solution isn’t the EAC but lobbying the Somali government to do something about job creation.
Why do Somalis think the solution to every problem is in the hands of foreigners or foreign nations.
faster gdp growth through being a kaboqaad for hostile nations that are richer and stronger than you. What Somalia needs is faster GDP growth and integration with it's neighbours, removing all trade barriers between Somalia and the EAC is a good first step.

The best thing about this is the EAC currency. Our currency will be worthless forever. We need a currency that has hundreds of million people using them so our economy doesn’t have an effect on its value. Also avoiding high levels of inflation. Look at the rapid advance of Eastern European countries who used to have junk currencies now benefiting from the ECB/euro.I support EAC as well, but I don’t however support in adopting their EAC “currency”. We should stick with the $USD until we have our own reformed Somali Shilling.

The problem with dollarisation is we’re going to run out of access to it soon with diaspora remittances falling off a cliff once the refugee generation start dying.
We can’t. No one has any interest in using it or any trust. The amount of fake currency in Somalia is insane. We’re always going to use dollar but this is disastrous for those living in Somalia. So the EAC currency is the only way to leave this dollarisation trap.Somalia can save the Shilling. However, it needs a competent treasury and finance minister.
The EAC currency is doomed to fail.
Nigga just say that u dont like Madows, these countries have a better economy then ours and ur telling me there are more negatives bffrEAC isn’t a good idea, way more negatives than positives.
You do have a point, I remember recently how Croatians were happy to join the Euro at the start of this year. The best thing about this is the EAC currency. Our currency will be worthless forever.
