Zina is absolutely harmful to women and men. Instead of banning it outright (which doesn't work), why isn't there a cultural push to educate against the harms of it?

Zina is actively destroying the society I live in. It is destroying the West and then people will attack you if you tell it like it is and point this out.

Instead, we're supposed to pretend like the total destruction of the family structure is perfectly fine and normal and isn't causing all sorts of problems.

It's like the house is on fire and then people get mad at you for pointing out there's a fire and start attacking you if the fire should be put out. Zina leads to the destruction of the family structure and the destruction of the family unit leads to all sorts of evils. Plus there's the issue of it likely leading to divine wrath. Firstly- here is what we know indisputably if we take Islam as our starting point:

Zina is wrong and should be outlawed.

The society you live in is too far gone for the banning of fornication to even be a possibility at this time. They have normalized it to the extent they can’t fathom waiting until marriage. Majority of non-Muslims worship their desires like there’s no tomorrow.

People who base their short-term and long-term aspirations on their desires would have a very hard time banning zina. Only way it works is if people submit to their creator first and then begin living like how Muslims with taqwa should live. A Muslim should discipline their nafs to become upright and obedient to Allah’s commands.

In my opinion, people like that are easily susceptible to influence by external forces. Corporations or figures just have to appeal to their base desires to convince them to buy a service or commit an illicit act. Islam would give those types of people clearer thinking and stronger wills to resist temptations in all its forms. Which is why many actively work to ruin the image of Islam to the uninformed masses.

Zina is the second worse sin, Our main problem is murder (suicide comes under this) and zina(rape comes under this aswell)

Theres banning zina and there changing societal attitudes around it.
First we need to change societal attitudes, then enforce the banning of it once it is already seen as something bad and to stay away from by soceity
