this is embarrassing. an AFRICAN country repaying rhodesian farmers that made fortunes off the backs of poor africans. the lack of pride in this move and the lack of intelligence when they kicked out the white farmers is pathetic to look at. they shouldve educated some rural pastoralists on modern farming and the such and carved the farms between them.

Zimbabwe agreed on Wednesday to pay $3.5 billion (2.70 billion pounds) in compensation to white farmers whose land was expropriated by the government to resettle black families, moving a step closer to resolving one the most divisive policies of the Robert Mugabe era.
