They did. If you noticed the Arabs in the video were black and some of the so called Arabs were Somalis btw. Most of the Arabs there were mixed or culturally Arabs only. Oman and Tanzania didn't have any diplomatic relations after this incident up until the late 2010s. Some managed to escape to Oman and I met on of them in on a oil rig.
