Today, I went out to meet some friends from Secondary school. I never seen them for a long time.

So, we went to a Football Center but the thing is, it was closed due to lockdown restrictions. But the fence was torn down from many people going to trespass to play on the artificial grass

So, I say, Is it not illegal

They say it is alright.

So there we are inside playing a match on the pitch. 5 hours, fine.

Then police comes. Simple as, they all ran. Me, being naive and law abiding, I just stay.

Okay, fine, they started running after them but I just stood there. A white fed started asking for my details and was on the verge of arresting me and searching me. Wallahi, I must have been blessed cause another Pakistani fed tell the guy not to bother and comes toward me and tells me to leave the area right now, and said never to come trespass on here again, just because I stayed.

Now, the lesson is, never ever do illegal actions, they will run the moment they see trouble. B) They bring trouble. (Most Somali friends are calm, some are problematic)

And to say, they had potential .

At that point everyone only had 2 options, book it and trust your legs. Or stay and trust the cops will be nice.

They chose their option and you chose your option, no one was at fault. They didn’t snake you. You just got lucky.

As for me, I just have to run faster than the rest of the soccer team. So while they’re arresting others I’m already gone. I’d keep running for 6+ km until I know I’m safe.
