Aren't you supposed to run away from places where haram is occurring? They're standing their with their posters, eyeing up immodestly dressed Xalimos in the name of "dawah".
They could have done sufficient dawah weeks prior in the safety of their holy homes via social media. Perhaps post some posters around town telling people not to go to the concert and to fear Allah. Make some nice Islamic reminder videos on how music is haram.
