Yes, southerners behaviour, in my opinion, is excused because of the social environment they're in. What is SLs excuse??
Also, what are southerners doing that landers are not? Last time I checked they are both shitty places with shitty governance. My initial point was that southerners are more tolerant and welcoming towards other qabils.
