Wallahi I looked this up just incase but you guys are getting crazy amount invested in Togdheer. The Maydh jetty alone would provide enough budget for you guys to entirely redesign your cities. The Burco-berbera roads are also another major win for you guys. These are the plans for SDF(Somaliland Development Fund) phase 2 which means you guys would be swimming in money before 2024.

Berbera to Burco always had a road but it deteriorated over time but it's being resurfaced and a few new bridges built.

The issue is Ceerigaabo to Maydh
It's inaccessible and requires $100M plus for it be built.

If only Somaliland was a sovereign nation it wouldn't have this issue thanks to multilateral grants and loans (even if it was under FGS this would never happen)
