Yes, the moon landing was fake.

btw it is almost never a wrong time to talk about Godzilla
Walaal the people who spout these type of conspiracy theories are fundamentalist Christians that believe in a flat earth and young earth creationism. What other things do you believe are fake? For example do you believe in a geocentric solar system?

another thing I want to address is I'm supposedly being unscientific or something because I'm not taking some sort of academic approach....

you don't need to an academic approach to everything. if the "free candy" van appears, you shouldn't need a 300 page paper with academic citations, diagrams, charts and mathematical equations to tell you not to go into the "free candy" van.

(just in case anyone doesn't know what I'm referring to)

Similarly, I don't need an 800-page hardcover book with charts and diagrams written by a team of nobel prize winners to tell me Nixon didn't call the moon from a house phone in the 1960's.

and if I posted such a thing, how many of the people here would even read it?

I believe just the absurd "moon phone call" should tell you everything you need to know that this is fake. But if you really want to go in depth, there is a whole series of articles by Dave McGowan that go into all sorts of detail and make it very obvious that the moon landing was fake:

The earth is round. I have no idea how old the earth is. Heliocentrism is nonsense- the sun revolves around the earth. The vaccines were not safe and effective. Dinosaurs are fake. No plane hit the twin towers. Tupac faked his death and so did Biggie.

do you also think vaccines cause autism? like i think from this argument, being anti-vax is a natural consequence

I don't think questioning the moon landing would necessarily mean being anti-vax. I don't know if the old vaccines cause autism. I think I've heard about cases like that. I believe it but I haven't really looked into it.

Of course, people who believe in one "conspiracy theory" tend to believe others but it isn't necessarily thah questioning the moon landing would logically imply that vaccines are dangerous or anything. But it would undermine trust in mainstream science and of course this could make people suspicious of vaccines.

Personally I don't trust, like or want modern Western medicine (unless it's an extreme emergency or something and there's no alternativw). Traditionally my family was untrusting of modern Western medicine and went to witch doctors. I have concluded that witch doctors are not good to go to, that their methods are bad and that monotheism is the right way. But I still don't trust the modern Western medicine and I think this recent affair of covid vaccine totalitarianism proves that the modern Western medical establishment is corrupt.

Next moon landing is planned for 2026. iA we will all be around and can have good discussion around mission. Will be plenty of hd footage

ok, but are you entitled to disagree with such a thing? like the moon landing/vaccines are completely different from the candy van because it's such a widely held opinion that going against them will cause people to call you names. like you yourself claimed that you don't need that much knowledge to go against the moon landing, and this is what i have a huge problem with. if you are not knowledgable about a field, you absolutely have no choice but to follow the learned and practise blind imitation. Now, this could lead to many problems if the learned people you are following are wrong (like how plato and early greeks thought the womb was a living organ that moved around and how for about 2000 years people believed that. or how a long time ago, a doctor (forgot who) who studied human anatomy was really off and people legit stopped studying human bodies and just quoted his books). if you don't like following people blindly, then go study the field and become an expert whose opinion has weight. that's what differentiates a conspiracy theory from a fact/respected opinion imo.

I'm honestly baffled by how many people agree with him, I thought you were a relatively well informed individual but you believe the moon landing was faked? Come on bro.
:damedamn: :mjlol:

The moon landing took place at time, where both the USSR and the US were in political turmoil.

They both needed a miracle to distract the public, who had enough of Ill conceived government policies.

if the moon landing hadn’t happened , the US would not be the super power, we know of today.

They fooled the world.

I heard It’s India and Chinas turn to play the moon game.

In order to fake the Moon Landing, humans would’ve required a Time Machine.

Anyone that thinks the Moon Landing is fake is by extension believing that time travel is real.

Image forensics shows that lighting on the footage comes from parallel rays, which is a result of the sun being 100 million kilometres from the moon.

TV studio lights or any other lighting system in 1969 would not be able to recreate parallel rays.

To recreate the parallel rays in 1969 would have required millions of laser beams stuck together. However, that would have cost more than going to the moon itself as well as the simple fact that laser beams in 1969 were only in the colour red.

That means the footage would have looked like a shady Amsterdam brothel.

It is a consensus amongst film experts and image forensics that the faking the moon landing was impossible.
