You might be joking but I've seen tactics like that used to keep information within a group. See, members of said groups would create infographics for internal use but fill them with racial slurs to prevent them from being shared on places like Reddit. Removing the slurs from the image is incredibly difficult because they're all over the place so you would need a master of Photoshop to get rid of them. In this case here the code isn't filled with slurs to prevent Americans from stealing it because it's easy to just select all instances of a slur and remove them.
