I would like to hereby declare myself as a citizen of Xoreey. A secular diaspora state mainly for the atheist/agnostic community in Somalia.

I have given up on Somalia, i am Xooreyian citizen and I advise everyone to join the new region. Currently it doesn't exist but it will form over the next century.
