Somali politicians' approach, irrespective of where they're in Somalia, is a zero-sum game: They want to win by any means. The Winner-takes-all approach is all they mastered no matter how much suffering they caused and how long it takes them to achieve their aims. And since they have their kids overseas, they don't care what happens to their constituents.
