Ur not serious u can’t change the capital because the capital is in the hands of a clan who holds the presidency and can change the drafted constitution when ever they want if u really want change. I have no problem with abgaals claiming xamar as theirs, it was the mistake of the previous jabarti ruling class to try wrangle xamar from its rightful owners by way of fake national sentiment, trickery and deception.
