Registration starts April 15 I know @geeljre49 already made a thread but I’m interested in how this will go down from what I’ve seen on social media the people of xamar seem ready this is a big step forward let’s use this thread to monitor the developments

Voter registration has been ongoing in Mogadishu for 10 days now. Three voting districts left.

Head of the electoral commission says they plan to go to SSC Khatumo, Galmudug, Hirshabelle ( what's left of it), KFG and Gedo in the first week of May.

How many people do you think they will register? 500k, 2m?

Further delays to the party registration deadline. It's rumoured that no major party has registered even HSM (Incompetence).


They're also delaying it so his organisation can meet the new,new deadline

i rember reading 5 parties were registred in April during speech by Abdikarin Ahmed Hassan. no mention on name of parties or who lead them cant find any info online
