Xamar commercial/office leasing market

Doing research on some stuff.

What's the lease/rental market for office spaces in Xamar?

I'm assuming most are just detached villas or above stores?

Where do they mostly congregate or is it spread out around the city?

Is there any appetite for conventional office space?

Not talking about dense high rises that are great practice targets for Al Shabaab...

Referring to commercial districts somewhat similar to industrial zones bit for office.

Only $80 per sqft... Not bad depending on the location.

Could build a multi-family worth millions on that much land.

The residential market in Somalia as a whole is irrational... Even land prices out in the boonies are way out there
