@FBIsomalia relax there is no constitution that is official, courts, there is nothing to enforce agreements in Somalia, they are just playing 'igu sawir' on the public cause they are stuck in political disagreement and till that is resolved the world has said we can only assist in charity or humanitarian aid not development of large scale economy in a nation at political logger heads.
