The Canadian disease has reached Columbus OH. 5 or 6 young brothers got killed this year to senseless faraax on faraax violence. First it was Minnesota, now it has hit Ohio :faysalwtf:

:faysalwtf: What is the appeal of adopting AA culture that has decimated them and will no doubt lead you to an early grave or the penitentiary? AUN to all.

AUN to the young boys. I can't imagine the pain their mothers are going through.

2006-2011 were the most dangerous years in MN. Faraaxs were being hunted down while hiding under beds, going to the masjid, grocery shopping with their moms. Scary times wallahi.

:drakewtf: Why live this way though? u got an opportunity to get an education and be someone:kanyehmm: mind boggling

I think it has to do with the xaraam money they were raised on!!

Yup. Socialism never works. Because it turns people to be lazy, unmotivated, and criminal

The Somali will end up like African American community. High unemployment rate, prison rates, single mothers, mothers born out of wedlock.

Somalis in Africa are doing much better than US and Europe Somalis. Welfare is what keeping them behind.

Could be a copycat situation that spun out of control. Maybe a Somali guy had to hustle on the low to get by, got his friends into it, some kid growing up probably thinks they got it good in terms of money, follows suit, more boys get into it, and things basically cycle with boys ending up dead or in jail in the process. It comes down to a percevied lack of opportunity. Not to say that your upbringing should excuse your actions. If you sell a drug, you sold that drug, not your upbringing. If you shoot somebody, you shot somebody, not your upbringing. If that makes sense

Good points, but they know u will end up either dead or locked up. No question about it, why keep doing it?

Money is a strong factor, but I think peer pressure is also stronger. If you're raised in an environment where you're implicitly taught to look up to the toughest gangbanger, you're gonna want to be the toughest gangbanger. If your friends are out hustling, you're probably going to want to the same, especially in an environment where such sentiments are allowed to grow. I don't know the specifics of what's going on in Columbus, but assuming the people responsible are teens, their sense of inhibiton might also be skewed since they're young.

The best way to deal with the issue to fix underlying socioeconomic issues in the area. Studies have shown, unsurprisingly, that crime lessens when factors like a good education and legals means of getting wealth are more accessible.
