They have a very weird dhaqan when it comes to homosexuality especially in the Gulf countries. They believe that your only considered “gay” if your on the receiving end.
It’s considered normal for married men to put it in other men but only the one receiving is publicly branded as homosexual. This isn’t a recent phenomenon, Arabs have a long and complicated history with homosexuality, it’s where you can find some of the oldest drawings of homosexual corn. It’s an open secret in most Arab countries specifically in Saudi and Morocco. This dhaqan is also replicated (in a much worse way) in other Muslim countries like Afghanistan and Pakistan
