Upper class in a third world country because you’d probably be secluded from the rest of the country (not that the wealth inequality is a good thing) whereas the former being in a richer country doesn’t change much

Because its the west. The third world is dog shit. No one wants to live there. Many of the people dying on their way to Europe are upper middle class Somalis. Not a single one is poor.
