Loool Im not tryna speak on behalf of anyone or that all faraaxs should do this or that, it was just an observation abti and yh a bit of it was waffle, I just used the word 'cadaan' colloquailly

But essentially my point is that often, here in the west or anywhere really, what you would view as being desirable is emblematic of whatever the societal norms/trends are, and vice versa whereever you live, so like the example you mentioned in mauritania, their customs/traditions would be different to south america, or another angle could be in the carribean islands, if you are a lightskin male, you are not rated or have social currency, whereas in parts of south america (or other parts of the world) that might not be the case.
