Dont get me wrong living in a low income white neighborhood is just as unsafe for an ethnic minority person but the worst you can expect is bad racism but in a black neighborhood your ass will get jumped and robbed for just being walking outside at the wrong time as you mentioned.

I remember all black areas in London during the early 2000s like Brixton, Hackney and Peckham, Harlesden were no go zones after a certain time. Its funny that the black people who have lived in these areas for years are complaining about gentrification of them, but its not like these areas were safe and had low crime originally when black people were the majority in these areas.

We have one or two tokens who made it, and are turning their noses up on other “black people” because they “aren’t like them” and are “one of the good ones.” It’s funny and sad at the same time.

Because 99.9 percent of black neighborhoods in the west are filled with crime and poverty. Stereotypes don't come out of nowhere.
