It's a hunch, I just can't comprehend how they let that woman overdose. Did the children not assess the mother's mental state as well?
And the end seems a little too 'perfect' for it to be real. The unfaithful wife dies due to her regret, husband moves on but with a little bit of guilt in a heroic manner. Just screams fiction to me.
There is 11 months in between first post and update. Dude done enough grieving and realized he should post an update. That's what it looks to me. He kept the update short and strong as to not go into grieving mode again.
I was half expecting for this cuckold to find out his wife was a man all along, at least then it would be somewhat engaging.

No I remember when something happened to me and I made a quick account to ask people for help and read their replies and after 1 year and more because of the situation and struggle and emotional stress you're in you forgot you asked people online for help too and regained my password of the account and gave them an update. It's not fun to bring up something that's painful. That's why the gap of 11 months. But you can believe what you want of course.
In most western countries they realised their women are loose and a lot of them cheat. So they set the law up if you married, the child is yours. If you are partners and you put your name on the certificate......you are responsible. The way its set up it takes years for a man to get full prove he is not the father. The mother dont have to give DNA. There are labs that do test on father and child only. These results are not accepted by court. So even if you bring that evidence to court, the court will say you did this without the mothers consent.In France, if you find out your wife cheated on you and the child isn't yours, the husband is still legally the father and is financially responsible.
However, the Human Genetics Commission and the Department of Health both recommend that the mother should be at least aware of the test if not directly involved and it is viewed that motherless testing could be “harmful to the child, as well as the family unit as a whole”. All reputable testing laboratories would strongly recommend the inclusion of the mother’s sample for this reason alone.
So you can take the test once the baby is 9 weeks, but since it can be harmful for the baby to take the test psychologically they are against it as well as harmful to the family unit. This whole system is designed for the state not to take care of bunch of kids

The thing about it is that we will never know if it's true or not, so I doesn't really matter if it's real or fake. Especially considering it has little impact on our lives. I can personally seeing it go either way.

I would be offended and hurt if my husband asks for a DNA test but if he’s serious and really has doubts, any rational woman who doesn’t have anything to his would get the test to get those doubts out of the way.
