Before the whole Covid -19 scam, my work mate revealed his hourly wage during some random conversation. Turns out the bastard is earning 2 dollars more than my hourly wage. It could be a special extra 2 dollars for his sexual orientation since he is a homosexual and clearly makes it known to everyone. He is also very friendly and approachable. Why would they pay him more when we do the exact same job? How would you approach a situation like this since most of us are heading back to work soon?

find out how his wages are higher if your working the same role, if their is no reason play the race card to your manager since BLM movement is at an all time high your manager will have to be guilt tripped into paying u more dollars

$2 wage extra is A LOT of money. That’s easily thousands of dollars more annually that he makes than you.

I’d say your best bet is to approach your boss and ask if there is any reason why he makes more money than you and what you can do to make that much money as him.

It may just be because he’s been working with the company longer than you or something. If he can give you a good reason why he makes more money and allows you the opportunity to do the same then I don’t see the problem.
