Worrying and weak imaan

The weaker your imaan is the more you worry about things. Whenever I’m babysitting my nephew, I get this terrible thought of him falling from his bed and me not being there on time to help. Sometimes I also worry about one of my siblings dying while I’m upset with them and didn’t say salam&sorry. God I hate such horrible thoughts! I hate REGRETTING!

I believe my imaan is very weak. If you worry about things for no apparent reason just know ur imaan is weak and you need to work on it.

Seek a therapist. These are the signs of a trauma. Beside that, I think also the parents have this anxious with their babies.

I have to work on my imaan walal I’m perfectly healthy mentally and physically never had to see a doctor except when I’m doing a full body check up once every 5 years alxamdulilah never showed any signs of trauma either

Nah Praying 5 times a day n reading/pondering+reflecting upon the verses of the Quran is a much better option
yes that may help, but also a therapist may identify the root of that trauma and may help guide to heal much faster with your routine. The Quran and praying may contribute to your mental stability but if you don't know the root of the problem you will not get rid of it.
