the slow growth of hargeisa is abnormal. the city legit is stagnant in terms o development. xamar skyline is filled with construction and innovation, but hargeisa never wants to move forward. but i guess thats what happens when one region hoards all lacag. development will propell if we are independent and investors see the vision here, and return on investment looks promising to them, with no more high risk

Hargeisa got alot of potential but the thing thats hindering alot of the progress is the fact that the wrong people are in office look at the mayor of hargeisa ever since hes been in office the only thing changing is his midsection

The thing that's hindering Hargeisa are the corrupt government officials that steal from the GDP and only care about their pockets and not the growth of Somaliland. Hargeisa has the presidential palace situated not too far away from huts made out of plastic bags. Somaliland has too much inequity and it's doesn't support the growth and flourishment of it's youth.

They will say the youth are the future or hold a speech about how the young are important but they wont invest in the youth which is ironic

Somebody needs to tell him about what Rwanda is doing to bring itself up.

Hargeisa needs to be cleaned up and maintained clean just like Rwanda's capital, Kigali.

If I am not mistaken Kigali residents are required by law or decree to do public works like street cleaning once a week.
