For a low-income country to move into the middle income category it needs to utilise its human capital.Once they've reached middle income status they'll have the adequate resources to invest in innovation to fulfil tasks more efficiently, so the need for human capital decreases as they move on to become a high income nation.Greater human capital and stability attracts foreign investment(cheap labour)which in turn will increase our exports and rate of economic growth.

Learn about it bro. An undeveloped nation with a low population will take centuries to develop. The more human resources we have the faster we can build roads and other infrastructure. After we move on to a slightly better status can we move on and use our human resources on other things other than hard labour.

How do you think Ethiopia and Kenya are doing better than us. Look at their population. Look at india, look at pakistan, look at any developing nation. The better ones have higher populations and have more factories and other resources to build up their countries quickly. We need to touch 40 mill population at least to start accelerating. The higher the population the quicker we can mine resources too and expand cities. It’s common sense.
