Seems like China is reclaiming its title, the west is declining.

The Chinese civilization has always been ahead of the west except for the last ~300 years. The Qing dynasty crippled China with regressive policies, while Western Europe conquered the Americas and established colonies in rest of the world, and Russia conquered their backyard in Siberia and Qing homeland of Manchuria. Chinese don't play around; serious people, it's scary. They're more dangerous to Africans than the Europeans.

Their isolationist policies crippled them, now they are showcasing their power everywhere. Why can't the Muslim world regain their glory days as well? power is economy nowadays.

The whole world has become interconnected, enlightened and civilized. In terms of economics the muslim world is just a gas pump for the world. They don't create innovative ideas or products anymore.

Yup we're in a sad state, Turkey is the only one that seems to be an outlier and adapting.

Turkey is in the weird spot of being both European and Islamic.

Malaysia is another advanced Islamic country, but the economy is run non-muslim Chinese citizens.
