Like you said, it's not a lot, but anything that helps keep some of those families from starvation should be welcomed.

Is it a nationwide program? Never heard of this in Puntland.

This is planned by "the west" they keep letting us borrow money which we have to pay back once we extract our resources. Why not use this money (wisely) to invest in the fishing sector or agriculture, green energy or frank incense. if Somalia only invested 50 million usd towards the fishing sector, Somalia could possibly generate billions of usd, especially as we have the longest coastline in africa. Somalia is not fully dependent on Oil and Gas. Somalia has the one of most camels in the world (camel milk exporter). Somalia can easily become a fruit exporter (banana, watermelon, guava, mango and) always find different ways of generating cash instead of being reliant on handouts from foreign countries. We are a laughing stock to the world.

For a country like Somalia, it's a shame. If we were Palestine or one of these land locked countries ok, but somalia can easily provide for Earth x 99. It has sufficient resources, we just need to exploit it. If we could only invest 99 billion dollars in our resources we could profit from it for the next hundreds of years and build a stable self-sufficient country.

if these sandniggers can turn deserts into farms or agricultural lands. why can't somalia invest in exports of fruits and vegetables and spices, you know how much money we are losing?

If Somalia could only invest money in the fishing sector, green energy and build huge solar panels to provide electricity for africa. We could technically be a frontier in the green energy industry. We have potentially the most wind power and sun light in africa. You know we are a sunny nation, why not take advantage from it and generate electricity and make profits. Look at Morocco and UAE. Morocco built one of the largest solar power complex in Ouarzazate (for $2.5 billion usd) and Morocco is not rich in resources compared to Somalia (far from it). Morocco is only know for exporting Argan oil. UAE built a similar solar panel in Abu Dhabi. I doubt it costs more than 5 billion USD. Our country is governed by fools with akhliga 68.

Change comes from the Son of Adam. Change never comes from Allah (God). Allah (God) even mentioned in the Holy Quran (search it). Allah will only change the condition of a situation if people change themselves first. The Somali race have not changed since Siad barre was overthrown. 30 years. We are on the brink of losing our nation if things continue and we deserve to be punished like that.
