This ban affects women who have XY chromosomes rather than XX, and born as female with genitalia that isn't quite female or male genitalia but somewhere between see pic bellow.


A person who is XY DSD (“differences of sexual development.”) can born with female looking genitalia with testis inside the body, or born with male looking genitalia.
