@Omar del Sur , off topic, but its an avoidable question since it's a trending topic here in South Africa and most people are getting obsessed with these topics lately , afterall several representatives from the "Hispaniola Island" as they say included haitians and were invited to an Pan African live panel , hence they gave explicit insights about Dominicans disassociating themselves from blacks and their love for Spaniards it's rather one sided tbh but people are feeling for Haitians , they also said they're mixed with Taino , Id rather know from a different point of view and what people from Santo Domingo have to say about this.
