I workout 4-5 times a week and I do chest biceps and triceps and shoulders the most

Shoulder press- they f*ck up your shoulder in the long run
chest Press till exhaustion
Tricep extension and skull crushers
Bicep curls and preacher curls

and I use optimum nutrition mass gainer to get them gains fast
