Would you leave a permanent role that you feel is stagnant with lack of training in all the area, others getting trained before you for a 6 months fixed term role else where? I wanna take the 6 months role but I am also not sure. I applied for another fixed term, one that was 18months which I was interviewed for but was offered to someone else and they reduced it to just 14 months.
