Nothing wrong with nationalizing a few things the Saudis nationalized their oil industry Saudi Aramco. It is the most profitable company on Earth. Via rail here in Canada is nationalized. Also, BBC and CBC media companies are also nationalized. So there is nothing wrong with the government having their hands in some companies. It only gets bad when they are running majority or every company

The issue is, African countries are divided/fragmented and then there's the systematic unfavorable politics regarding world trade which favors western/developed nations now this combined with high corruption and weak governments in African countries.. This has contributed to the state many African countries are in..
