Woke Xalimo Minnesota teacher says white teachers are harming students of colour.

I don’t know what you mean by adopting stuff. What I know is that white teachers, the fast majority are racist. If you have been through the western education system you’d know, you’d have come across many. If you don’t get what she is saying then, you have never been though the system.

People like you are something else.

You're not cadaan and discrimination exists. Cadaan teachers can be much more harsher on ethnic minorities, especially madow and Somali boys. Black kids are much more likely to get excluded, whilst cadaan kids are given a chance despite doing the exact same thing. They're also much more likely to be marked down. Anyone that is familiar with the education system can tell you this. Yet, here you are, mocking a Somali teacher who has probably seen it first hand and cares enough about young Somali students to talk about it and raise awareness.

Stop with the silliness and wakeup.

yes we know that discrimination exists but playing the victim card and doing the situation just like madows ain't gonna change sh@t, u learn from u mistake right, learn from madows mistake and don't do sh@t like em, create a new solution that ain't even close to madows one, theirs flopped centuries ago

a bit of discrimination you have to accept in this life. it also happens everywhere including Somalia.

Change happens with more Somalis entering teaching and other educational roles. Change happens with those teachers actually talking about it, raising awareness and being positive examples for ethnic minority students. Change happens with educating Somali mums and dads so that the next time a cadaan teacher is being harsh and passive aggressive, they know how to complain and hold schools accountable. But guess what? For all those changes to even happen, we need dialogue, which that show provides.

Change does NOT happen by mocking young Somali teachers by calling them 'woke' for talking about things they have witnessed with their own eyes, that are also backed by studies. Change does not also happen by using the alt right phrase 'victim card'. The thing is they can afford to say shit like that because it's their country and they do not have to deal with race based discrimination and double standards.

Funny how cadaans never talk about the 'victim card' when the media and institutions worry about the low grades of white working class boys. They talk about how the education system is failing white working class boys, yet no one calls it the 'victim card'.

Yet, here you are with no understanding or sympathy for the issues plaguing your community, because you want brownie points from cadaans. So it isn't the victim card when cadaans are worried about their own boys, but its the 'victim card' when we Somalis worry about ours? What does that say about your mentality?

somalis and ppl of colour always got to blame the evil "white beoble " .
I'm thankfull for my white brothers and sisters my former ESL teacher still sends me bday and happy holiday cards every year

From highschool the white male teachers were more fair and marked the tests without bias, the white female teachers on the other hand played favourites and preferred the company of the white/asian students than the African ones, as soon as we walked in on them having a laugh the mood would instantly switch up. :zhqjlmx:

That's fact I never had a problem with male teachers it was always the female teacher that caused me the most problems.

If you werent charming and wasnt having the white female teacher giggle everytime you made a nice comment about her style of clothes then that's all on you bruh
Laakin dont lie on all white female teachers

Some of the worst teachers I have had were women. Most were med school rejects who were angry that they had to instead become teachers.

I am happy that this young lady is telling the truth of whats going on in these schools. We need more awareness.
