Depends on what you mean by a big economy.
If you mean some shiny skyscrapers, most people having access to food and water there being a safe and secure state.The. 20-30 years.
But if you mean a western style big economy then 100+ years.
looks is the most important factor for both genders. if she picks a rich guy its for the money not looks. she won't love him like in a normal relationship, it will be transactional and if you lose your money shes out. whereas someone who is attracted to you physically will build a bond and won't really care if you aren't rich.
a poor 10/10 will do better than rich 4/10 when it comes to dating.

This is some suugo science but I think it’s because southeast Asian societies have had a long history of traditions stemming from anti-theism (buddism, shinto, paganism). btw a clarification:
I am not bashing Indonesians, they are very cool people and nice people to live with overall, really respectful.
But as a user here mentioned their inner self hate has to do with the anti-theism & colonialism like many SEA countries. Many Indonesian female friends I have mentioned they would never want to marry an Indo guy, and rather would want to have mixed kids, they aren’t necessarily proud of their culture and they especially enjoy to put other Asians down to look “cool” in front off non-Asians (ugh the second hand embarrassment whenever this happened and I always ended up defending those other Asians).
overall very nice people, don’t actually practice their religion but prefer it over their beliefs, don’t mention or even talk about their history and you’re good

Now it all makes sense. I knew an Indonesian dude in Uni. Nice guy and I really liked him but he said some troubling shit to me once. He openly just deadpan said that he preferred Cadaan and Arab women to Indonesian women. The coonery in that just had be shook. Even if I was such a coon, which I am not, I would never say that to some ajanabi buddy. I also noticed one girl I went to Uni with who was good-looking (like modelesque, to be honest) had an cadaan boyfriend who, Allah forgive me for being so judgmental, looked very musty. I just assumed it was true love and patted my heart in support but now I wonder if it wasn't coonery making her prefer him over better specimens of her race on display on our campus.
