Since the move to spotify many stopped watching the podcasts.
It was easier to follow it over YouTube & he was way smaller than now he's in the news every other week.
The guy's a multi-millionaire with several streams of income. Even if the podcast gets axed, I doubt Dana White (big time Trump supporter) is going to sack him. He's basically untouchable.
I never saw the appeal anyway, the podcast is 90% "Have you tried DMT yet?" and 10% "that's craaaaazy dude, Jamie pull up that xyz video" lol

Honestly, don’t want to see him canceled as I don’t think he’s a horrible guy. I think this debacle is going to further entrench his views.
However, there shouldn’t be an excuse for a white american dude to be using the N-word especially one born in the 1960s. If you’re from that age group and using that word then you’re probably not too keen on the Blacks.

Jordan has a point in that this criticism of Joe Rogan isnt new but he fails to understand a simple concept.
Joe Rogan and a lot of other intellectuals/ pseudo-intellectuals are part of the Intellectual dark web. It has been documented that many people that fall down this rabbit hole then go onto to become alt-right or worse.
That doesn’t mean Joe Rogan is cognisant of it nor is he a gateway to the alt-right. He is a libertarian, which is right-wing, but is he very socially liberal. He doesn’t deliberately align with the intellectual dark web but is just a dumbass.
That’s why people target him more than Sam Harris or Bill Maher because those guys are actual bigots whereas Joe Rogan is an oday who got too comfortable with a microphone.

I think people like Rogan because he actually listens to his guests and allows them to speak whilst asking good questions. This witchhunt against him will only backfire and actually gain him more support.

I used to be a big fan of Joe Rogan a few years ago (even as early as 2014), especially when he had this ancient history interest phase (Graham Hancock episodes and similar guests) and he was into stuff like the Anunnaki, even listened to #490 live in April 2014 when he had his first bitcoin guest on and bitcoin/crypto was still underground/niche/new, but now I kinda lost interest in him and his podcast as he became more and more mainstream.
