Weirdly, I don't think employers care much here in the UAE. I have never gotten the impression that an employer looked me up or cared to. They just look at your CV and at best care about recommendations from previous jobs. Europe is insane, though. Buddy of mine tipped me off to how you can sometimes tell people have stalked your FB or IG cos he was at a job interview in Belgium then when he got back from it he noticed the interviewer was being recommended as a friend on FB when they had no mutuals and I he had not looked the guy up.
this is another reason I'm kind of scared to go to Europe. I used to live in this really liberal area and I had these super liberal coworkers. they hated me without me even saying anything to them. I don't really have any debts, but the money I've saved + crypto is mainly for a house, I wna get on the property ladder before house prices get even more yahudi'd.
The idea that my employer gets to decide whether or not my family get to have a roof over their head makes my fucking blood boil. But I've always wanted a plot of land I could grow my own food on and raise chickens (heard other livestock can be a ballache) so badly.

Small scale homesteads in the city/suburbs at half a hectare or so are fairly doable, walaal, and not that much of a headache. Can even make you a bit of a good side income if you're really smart about it:
Also, rabbits, <5 miniature cattle like mini jerseys (their raw caano is a gift from Allah), turkeys and even ducks to some extent if you're willing to make them a pond or live in a wet area are fairly easygoing animals to take care of.
Ruminants mostly take care of themselves, to be honest. It's just the sheer numbers of the herds that can take up people's time and having to milk several on a daily basis but you can seriously just keep 1 milk cow and milking her would be a breeze. A mini jersey can produce up to 10-15 liters of milk a day. You'd probably have to give some of that away to the neighbors or dump some of it into your soil even after using some of it to make yogurt, butter, cheese and cream, lol.
