I believe our President has already selected his own strongmen to bring back the two Northern Federal member states back to the fold. The plan is to fund sub clans whose loyalty lies with our Mogadishu administration. This will be immensely successful since many sub clans are shielded away from the highest seat in Somaliland and to a lesser extent Puntland. Sub clans like the Cumar Maxamud who established Puntland and the Somali Federal Government are more easier to work with compared to the other powerful sub clans of maxamud saleeban. They will yield to the demands of Mogadishu if they are piled with titles and are made the Governor of Puntland. Darood (cumar maxamud) love to govern more than taking part in chaos and will not let the opportunity pass.

The Somaliland region also has sub clans that have been under dictatorship and sympathize with our administration. We will make awdallians, disenfranchised Habar Yonis or the Harti sub clans gain power and therefore bringing them back to the fold. No longer will one sub clan dictate the future of all these citizens in the two most Northern fiefdoms.

our plan is to ensure all Somali citizens are equal before the law and the eventual return of the rule of law in these two Northern fiefdoms.

No longer will a citizen be arrested because he played for a sports team from another Federal member state. Nor will journalists be assasinated or imprisoned for doing their jobs in these two most Northern fiefdoms.

Did you know this sub clan believed in SSDF as their religion and God back in the early days? They are easier to work with compared to the other two sub clans in Bari and Nugal. Reer SSDF love to rule like us Reer Diini and will compromise for the sake of the nation if they are piled with titles and given enough aid package to transform Galkayo into a safe city.

We might also sweeten the deal by promising to fund the $200 million road project from Garacad to Galdogob, further expand the Garacad port and offer to transform the Garacad airstrip into an actual airport similar to Aden Ade.
