Kismayo - Doolow is not possible due to many circumstances. The road development for now should only be limited to Lower Juba region. Until Middle Juba region is liberated it’s not possible to build a corridor to towns bordering Ethiopia in Gedo.

it’s why Ceelwaaq is a suitable town to include because it’s closer to Kismayo and Dhobley and has a sizable Absame population living there.

Yes we need to use those funds to build other important areas. Kismayo to Badhaadhe is more suitable.
