PL can’t take debt. Somalia as a whole is barred from taking loans due to the extreme debt it is already in hence why they are begging for debt relief.

Yes, Kenya is example of it. But still we give them sector's to invest and we didn't asked for money from them. Same goes to Indian iyo other different nationalist came to PL.

It's not china that's the issue. It's the private security firm run by eric prince i don't agree with. That guy has terror links with isis.
