Why Oromos are jealous of Somalis

Somalis have a hell of a lot of achievements that Oromos are jealous of. Historically Somalis were the only people in the Horn of Africa that were competing for regional dominance and trading routes with both Abyssinia and invading European powers, while Oromos, Anuak, Nuer, Afar were roving the wilderness of the Horn. Today Oromos are attacking and killing innocent Somali women and children across the Somali region, because they want to show that they have 'arrived' in the Horn of Africa and a powerful new ethnic group that rules Ethiopia through Abiy. However, they underestimate the Somali people at their own peril. They forget our history, our empire, our enduring strength of character that seen us survive in this harsh region for millenia.

Just look at he size of our fucking empire. Greater than all the others put together. We had countless sultanates and states and conquered the entire horn with our Adal and Ajuuraan States. Today we number 25 million Somalis speaking people across Somalia, Somaliland, Djibouti, Western Somali, NFD and diaspora.

Our ancient cities include Dibouti, Zeila, Berbera, Xiis, Mait, Las Qoray, Boosaaso, Hafuun, Eyl, Hobyo, Gondershe, Mogadishu, Merca, Barawe, Kismaayo, Taleex, Qandala etc.

If these Oromo savages think they can oppress, invade and kill the ancient noble Somali people, they are about to find out that we are not a people who can be occupied for very long. Stand together all my Somali people against the aggression of these animals. We will defeat the aggression and injustice of these Oromo hordes invading out lands together. Somali lands belong to Somali people!

Like the old Somali Kings of centuries before us, now is our time to defend the Somali Peninsula from the invading Galla hordes. We must kick these settlers out of our ancestral homeland back to their own regions.

They have the most fertile and plentiful regions, yet their arrogance, aggression and greed is such that today they are attacking dry Somali lands. We must show them our strength, or great Somali leaders will turn in their graves. Let's make Ahmed Gurey proud.

We will live peacefully with them as long as they stay in their regions. Somali lands for Somali people. Oromo lands for Oromo people. We do not transgress against them, so they need to stop their aggression against us.

Even as a Somaliland I can tell them Oromo are aggressors against Somalis. We stand together against the invading Oromo aggressors and settlers. They are a danger to Somalis everywhere

Oromos are not our only enemy nor are they the most dangerous. Don't think the Kenyans or AMISOM are actually going to leave unless you make them.

They are jealous of us because most of Horn of Africa belongs to Somalis. They might have good farming lands but our lands has more natural resources and it has good strategic position in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden.
