Why muslim people have strange fascination for revert people ?

I mean, in Islam we are all born Muslim, there is no difference for someone who go back to the religion and revert.

So why when someone convert and became a muslim, people have a weird obsession with them ? they come into the deen, 1 week later collect 4 wives like pokemon and can't even read surah fatiha.
