Most of the old Somalis pics that was taken they look like that but Morden Somalis look very different.

Is it because the food ?

Its all because of diet. We went from looking healthy and in-shape to looking like unhealthy twigs. I remember looking at some pictures of some old Saudi tribes in the early 1900s and they went from looking all lean, muscular and swarthy-looking from staying in the desert their whole lives to looking like healthy but midgety people.

Somali men looked much better and healthier they looked manly too with much smaller foreheads. Sad how somali men now are mostly seen as skinny, malnourished, unattractive males with gigantic foreheads.

Our gut bacteria is better off with some animal protein and fat, a few weeks on keto and I felt 25% fitter and the brain fog disappeared.
