That is why govt focus on their people because if there is no people there is no business or productivity and society stops functioning. The government policies is absolutely crucial how they achieve this and do not waste donor-foreign-local taxes into 'corruption' which is dead money that will disappear and only one person will get 'fa'ido' and no-one else and no government can survive from just a few rich people in a society and no taxpaying locals.
