Why is the Somali government so obsessed with reclaiming Somaliland as opposed to fixing Somalia?

Its a whole govt with diff ministries doing diff jobs, they dont take on a single task at a time, everyone is meant to work on what theyre put in charge of. A ministry reclaiming something (like airspace) for the whole country, which includes SL will always look like an attack on SL specifically to secessionists. Same idea applies to the livestock laws.

Its pretty obvious to anyone rational, its not an attack on anyone in particular lol.

Control all territories? They don't even have control of some places in the south. Al Shabaab still runs certain areas.

Somaliland isn't just gonna roll over and allow Somalia to take them, the only outcome is war if Somalia tries to forcefully take over them

It is still part of Somalia if ya'll wanna act like kurds ya'll gonna be treated like kurds. If you like it or not. Sland has no legal base in their claim of sovereignty. If they implemented a legal succession clause in the 60's constitution, they would have a legal claim. Only thing that can stop Somaliland is a joint Somali force from all states and even that is a stretch because they are occupied with their own security.

You are a confused individual if you think Caare can liberate, he can't deliver Sanaag or Sool. His movement is more symbolical than anything, he gives you guys hope but you need to come back to earth saaaxib.
