I'm sick of landers always looking to compete with Puntland. They keep throwing out false allegation that PL copied SL when everyone knows Puntland was created as a response to the Cairo Sal Balaar 97 conference that elected Ina Aideed and Ali Mahdi as President and PM, puntites then declared their own autonomous state as a response to that conference sal balaar outcome plus they demanded federation not secession as these landers believe.
Till today all Somalia followed in that federation wisdom even though it has had hiccup and disasters in between. Now their saying PL is copying their secession again with PL govt decision to exercise their independence which is in Somalia constitution and PL constitution and they never said their going to be secessionist and break international law which safeguard all nation state borders like their terrorist state does.
You can be an independent govt without being a secessionist terrorist and violating recognised borders. PL wants an autonomous arrangement like Hong Kong had with China under two system and one state model. This allows PL to be independent and autonomous and have nation state powers, responsibilities, and duties WITHOUT violating Somalia sovereignty or the international rules based order.
I demand these Isaaqs rather then hiding in our mountains doing terrorism, trying to stoke conflict between dhulbahante and mj, why don't you f*ck right off son and worry about your own people. PL isn't stopping you seeking recognition and being a secessionist rat and breaking international rules, you can remain in your isolation because it works for you.
But PL will stand for federalism while being an independent and autonomous state(not secessionist) and will even give Somalia a 99 years duration to achieve the milestones required such as the rule of law, strong Institutions, good governance, security, socio economic development, local and foreign confidence. Untill such milestones are reached, PL is a separate and independent and autonomous state(not violating international rules unlike SL).
This also is in the international community interest to wedge their bets to see if Federalism model of PL works while watching the south centralism format and their will be no violation of international law. SL you can continue on your secessionism and breaking international law as your ppl are happy in that arrangement of a fictious country, we also send duas for you to keep in your isolation, we are not demanding you change.
